I am a filmmaker, media designer, and communications specialist. My work focuses on the interplay between academic and design research, storytelling, digital media production, information visualization, communications, and emerging technologies.
While I enjoy working on a variety of projects, I have a particular passion for sustainability & environmental conservation efforts.
I have collaborated with organizations like Sequoia Parks Conservancy, Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks, Surfrider Foundation (Pacific Rim chapter), OCAD University, and the Canadian Film Centre Media Lab (CFC). My work has been featured at festivals including Hot Docs International Film Festival, Busan International Film Festival, Planet in Focus Film Festival, as well as in publications including the LA Times, CBC's Radio-Canada, Environmental Communication and Intellect Books.
I received my Master of Fine Arts in Digital Futures from OCAD University and my Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin.
